针对新疆某金矿中金品位为3.10 g/t,金粒度较粗,主要赋存于脉石矿物石英、长石之间和裂隙中,部分靠近黄铁矿的特征,进行了氰化浸出的影响因素试验研究,确定了最优的氰化浸出工艺条件为磨矿细度为-74μm 90.00%,石灰用量2.5 kg/t(调pH值为11~12),氰化钠用量2 kg/t,矿浆浓度为40%,浸出时间为24 h.最终可获得金浸出率96.13%的理想指标.%The factors influencing the cyanide leaching of a gold ore from Xinjiang have been investigated.The ore has a gold grade of 3.10 g/t,the grain size of gold is coarse and the gold mainly exists in gangue minerals quartz and feldspar.The optimal conditions of the process of cyanidation were determined to be:grinding fineness 90.00%-74 μm,lime dosage 2.5 kg/t (adjusted pH 11 ~ 12),sodium cyanide 2 kg/t,pulp solid concentration 40%,extraction time24 h.A gold leaching rate of 96.13% was finally achieved.
