所研究矿体为缓倾斜不稳固厚矿体,采用柔性假顶有底柱分段崩落法对P42～ P46线矿体进行回采,在一定程度上解决了安全性差、矿石回收率低、贫化率高等问题.但要求多分段平行放矿,放矿管理难度大,且放矿高度下降到一定程度后,柔性假顶将破裂,会有部分红泥层混入矿石;需要采用切顶铺设钢筋柔性假顶,工艺复杂,采切工程量大,周期长,采矿成本高.针对这些问题,进行了工业试验.试验了分段空场法、崩落联合采矿方法在该矿体回采中的采场结构、矿块布置、回采工艺等参数.试验结果表明,该采矿方法能有效地解决放矿管理难度大、采矿成本高等问题.%The orebody studied is a gently inclined unstable thick orebody.The method of sill pillar sublevel caving with flexible artificial roof was utilized to extract P42 ～ P46 lines orebody,which has,in some degree,solved the problems of poor safety,low recovery rate,high dilution rate and other issues.But this method requires multi-segment parallel drawing,which is difficult to manage,and as the height of drawing decreased to a certain degree,the flexible artificial roof will crack,so there will be some red mud layer mixed with the ore.It is then necessary to lay a reinforced flexible artificial roof for cutting the top.So this method has the drawback of complex in mining technology,huge in cutting and mining quantities,long production period,and high cost.In order to solve these problems,through industrial test,the method of sublevel open stoping combined with caving mining was used to extract the orebody with optimized stope structure,oreblock arrangement,mining technology and other parameters,the experimental results show that this combined method can effectively solve the probem in drawing management and reduce mining cost.
