大红山铜矿西部矿体矿石可选性试验研究

         

摘要

大红山铜矿西部矿体作为一期产能的接替工程,对大红山铜矿的可持续发展有着重要意义.针对西部矿体矿石的可选性开展试验研究,为今后该矿石的选别提供技术参数与工艺流程.试验研究结果表明,组合捕收剂的浮选效果优于单一的捕收剂.当丁基黄药与丁基铵黑药以3∶1组合使用,总用量为60 g/t时,闭路试验可获得铜精矿铜品位30.12%,回收率96.95%的优良指标.与目前的工艺条件相比,铜精矿品位提高了6.93%,铜回收率提高了1.09%.%The western orebody of the Dahongshan copper mine as a replacement for the first phase production capacity.It is of great significance to the sustainable development of Dahongshan copper mine.This study aims at the beneficiability of the ore body,in order to provide technical parameters and suitable processing flowsheet for the ore beneficiation in the future.The results showed that the flotation effect of the combined collector was better than that of single.When butyl xanthate and butyl ammonium dithiophosphate were combined with ratio 3∶1 and dosage 60 g/t,a final copper concentrate with grade of 30.12% and recovery of 96.95% were obtained.Compared to the current process conditions,the concentrate grade was raised by 6.93%,and the recovery was increased by 1.09%.
