球团干燥预热过程质量控制系统

摘要

根据质量控制与基础自动化的递阶关系，结合串级控制的思想，设计了基于案例推理的预热球团质量控制器。经仿真测试，验证了球团质量控制策略的可行性，对于球团实际生产过程的具有较好的参考价值。%According to the hierarchical relationship between quality control and basic automation,combined the idea of cascade control,the quality controller was designed for preheated pellets based on case-based reasoning.The results of simulation testing show the control strategy for quality of preheated pellets is feasible and there is high reference value for guiding the practical production process of pellets.
