Zhengchong gold deposit is located in the area where are characteristic by complex regional struc-ture,frequent and intense magmatic activities and favorable metallogenic condition.This article elaborates the geological features and ore-forming conditions of the Zhengchong gold deposit.Meanwhihe,the authors summarized the prospecting indicators that have important guiding significance for prospecting in the area in this article.%正冲金矿所处区域构造复杂，岩浆活动频繁而强烈，成矿条件十分有利。文章阐述了正冲金矿矿床地质特征及成矿地质条件，总结了找矿标志，且在该区找矿具有重要的指导意义。
