No.1 Mine Auxiliary Shaft of Cixi Mine was 1 341.6m in depth and 8m in a net diame‐ter.The depth of the mine shaft ingate was over 1 000m.The north side ingate was 17.0m in a length , high in geostress ,soft of the surrounding rock and poor in the stability.A combined support plan was applied with a bolt/steel mesh/band/anchor/shotcrete/grouting as the primary support and a U steel square support ,reinforced concrete lining+enhanced floor reinforcement as the secondary support.An excellent support effect was obtained and a long time stability of the mine roadway could be ensured.In the support construction of the north side ingate ,the mine strata pressure monitoring and measuring was con‐ducted ,the results was compared to the numerical simulation results.A study on the support technology was conducted and the feasibility and effectiveness of the support plan was verified.%磁西煤矿1号副立井,井深1341.6m ,净直径8m ,井筒马头门埋深超过千米。北侧马头门长17.0 m ,地应力高,围岩较软,稳定性差,采用以锚网带索喷注作为一次支护,U型钢棚、钢筋混凝土碹+强化底板加固作为二次支护的联合支护方案,取得了良好的效果,保证了巷道长期稳定。北侧马头门支护施工中,进行了矿压监测,并与数值模拟结果进行对比,对支护技术进行研究,证明了该支护方案的可行性与有效性。
