恶性肿瘤患者医院感染相关因素的调查与分析

摘要

目的：分析发生医院感染的相关因素，探讨肿瘤患者医院感染的控制措施。方法以前瞻性与回顾性相结合的综合调查方式了解恶性肿瘤住院患者医院感染情况。结果调查住院患者2243例，发生医院感染177例次，医院感染例次发生率7．89％；感染部位：呼吸道68．93％，泌尿道11．30％，胃肠道9．60％。分离出146株病原菌，革兰阴性菌（G-菌）71株（48．63％），革兰阳性菌（G＋菌）31株（21．23％），真菌44株（30．14％）；抗菌药物使用率为54．17％。结论肿瘤患者医院感染因素与患者年龄、使用免疫抑制剂和激素、抗菌药物、接受抗肿瘤放疗及化疗、侵袭性操作等相关。%Objective To investigate the characters of nosocomial infection patients with malignant tumors ,analyze nosocomi-al infection correlation factor ,and probe control measure .Methods The prospective and retrospective synthetic investigation was used in 2243 patients.Results In all cases,nosocomial infection occurred in 177 cases (7.89%),infection position mainly in patients with respiratory tract,the incidence rate was 68.93%,and urinary tract was 11.30%,gastrointestinal tract was 9.60%.Pathogenic bacteria were found in 146 cases,the most common pathogen was Gram-negative bacteria and there were 71 cases (48.63%).Gram-positive bacteria were found in 31 cases (21.23%),eumycete were found in 44 cases (30.14%).The rate of antibacterials drug used in 54.17%cases.Conclusion The factors of nosocomial infection patients with malignant tumors were correlated with ages ,immunode-pressant,hormone,antibacterials,radiotherapy,chemotherapy and invasion operation .
