飞机发电机控制器电磁兼容性改进研究

         

摘要

针对发电机控制器(GCU)受到电磁干扰后对飞机电源系统误保护的问题,按照GJB151A和GJB152A的有关要求,对发电机控制器进行了电磁敏感性试验.根据试验结果确定发电机控制器内部调压电路为敏感电路,并对其进行了电磁敏感性仿真,仿真结果表明了调压电路受电磁干扰的敏感性,其基准电压源对干扰信号最敏感,表现为受到干扰之后输出电压不稳定且包含高频杂波.针对这一问题,采取在其输出端增加滤波电容的方法来减弱干扰信号产生的影响.更换发电机控制器上的普通电连接器为滤波电连接器之后,对发电机控制器再进行电磁敏感性试验,最后达到了国家军用标准的要求.%Aim at the protection mechanism of generator control Unit on system of power supply aircraft when the GCU was interfered by interfering signals, the electromagnetic susceptibility test about GCU was performed according to some involved requirements of GJB151A and GJB152A. The consequences of the test indicated that the voltage regulator circuit was the susceptible circuit. Simulated the electromagnetic susceptibility of the voltage regulator circuit. The consequences of the test also indicated that the fiducial voltage source was most susceptible than any other parts of the voltage regulator circuit, which behaved that the output voltage of the fiducial voltage source was instable, besides this it also contained much high-frequency noises. The pony-size filter capacitor was installed on the output terminal of fiducial voltage source next to in-phase terminal of the comparator to waken the impacts of interfering signals. Replacing common connector of the GCU by filtering connector, along with other measurements, the electromagnetic susceptibility test about GCU was performed again, and this time, the consequences indicated that the GCU came up to the expectation of the GJB151A and GJB152A.
