新型游戏机用直流伺服电动机的电路设计及其仿真建模

         

摘要

本文设计出了一种新型电路,从电气和机械结构上解决了能用于电路仿真软件LTspice的直流伺服电动机的电路模型.基于这个有效的电路理论模型,对实际的新型游戏手柄中所使用的直流伺服电动机驱动电路进行了优化设计.通过一系列分离电子元器件组成的模拟电路来仿真电动机的运行机理,模拟电动机的电参数和机械参数的变化,解决了仿真设计电动机的等值电路及其建模瓶颈.仿真结果验证了直流电动机模型的有效性,生产实际中既降低了产品的成本,又改善了产品的性能.%A kind of new circuit was designed to model DC servo motor in the simulation software LTspice based on machinery & electric principles of servo motor. In term of the model, the driving circuit of the DC servo motor in an updated game controller was analyzed and optimized. A series of analogue electronic circuits were designed to model the running of motor and relative electric and mechanic variable were simulated during the model runs. The result of simulation proved the model of DC motor which solved a bottle problem of modeling DC servo motor by equivalent circuits, and the simulation was applied in design of practical product, the game controller which performance becomes better as well as the cost becomes lower.
