基于直流电压调节的死区效应削弱方法研究

             

摘要

In the variable frequency speed regulation system in order to prevent the same bridge arm two switch tube through introducing dead zone of time , but it cause phase current distortion torque ripple.This article through the analysis system in light load slow running characteristics of the proposed based on DC bus voltage regulation of the dead zone weaken method , although this method cannot completely eliminate dead zone effect , but can not increase the computation system on a chip under the condition of great improve cur -rent waveform to reduce torque ripple.At last, through simulation and experiments were verified the effec-tiveness and feasibility of this method.%在变频调速系统中为了防止同一桥臂上的两只开关管直通引入死区时间,但它造成相电流畸变转矩脉动。本文通过分析系统在轻载低速运行时的特点提出了一种基于直流母线电压调节的死区削弱方法,虽然此方法不能完全消除死区效应,但可以在不增加系统芯片运算量的情况下极大地改善电流波形,降低转矩脉动。最后通过仿真和实验分别验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。
