烧结冷却机低温废气余热高效回收利用探讨

以某公司180 m2烧结机的冷却机低温废气余热回收利用为对象，结合现场状况，制定了回收余热生产热水的技术路线和工艺流程，探讨了主体设备---换热器的受热面布置方案。%To recover the residual heat from the low temperature waste gas of the cooler for the 180 m2 sinter at a plant, the technical route and process flow for hot water produc-tion with recovered waste heat were drawn up and the heating surface arrangement of the major equipment of heat exchanger was discussed based on actual site conditions.
