优化蒸汽调度，提高蒸汽利用率

摘要

The layout, operation and allocation of steam system at Shagang’s home com-pany were introduced. Through rational layout and economic allocation the steam utilization rate was improved, to maximize the economic benefit of steam. An analysis of the steam uti-lization of Shagang provides useful reference for planning of steam pipe network, layout of new steam projects and allocation of steam operation of other steel companies.%介绍了沙钢本部蒸汽系统布局、运行、调度的情况，通过合理区域布局、经济调度，提高蒸汽利用率，实现蒸汽效益最大化。通过对沙钢蒸汽使用情况现状分析，为钢铁企业蒸汽管网布置规划，产用汽新项目区域布局、蒸汽运行调度等提供了很好的借鉴。
