DCS控制系统在21000 m3／h制氧机组中的应用

摘要

酒钢新21000 m3/h制氧工程DCS控制系统采用霍尼韦尔Experion PKS系统，在实际使用中该系统具有良好的生产控制效果、具有成熟稳定的特点。介绍了该系统硬件与软件配置功能及在酒钢新制氧机组中的一些应用特点。%The DCS control system in the new 21000 m3/h oxygen generation project of Jiuquan Steel adopted Honeywell Experion PKS system, which exhibited good production con-trol effect and stable characteristics in practice. The configuration and function of hardware and software and application features of the system in the new oxygen generators of Jiuquan Steel were introduced.
