一种高效空气过滤筒密闭再生装置的设计

摘要

设计了一种密闭式滤筒清灰装置，通过采用压缩空气反吹及机械振动方式，使滤筒表面积聚的灰尘脱落，完成空气过滤筒的再生。其辅助收尘装置，可将脱落的灰尘收集，满足环保要求。%A dust removal device with sealed filter cartridge was designed. Compressed air back blowing and mechanical vibrating method were adopted to remove the dust on the filter cartridges and thus revive the air filter cartridges. The auxiliary dust collecting device collects the fallen dust to satisfy environmental protection requirement.
