介绍了罗氏线圈（Rogowski-coil）的工作原理、测量系统构成、测量方法，描述了罗氏线圈的功能特性，提出了实际应用中的电磁抗干扰措施。%The principle, structure of the measurement system and measurement procedure of Rogowski-coil are introduced and the functional characteristics of Rogowski-coil are described. Electromagnetic anti-interference measures for practical application are also put forward.
