延长旋流井水泵部件使用寿命的技术探讨

摘要

针对目前钢铁企业的旋流井的水质问题，分析了水泵各部件磨损的原因，从材质的选型、使用工况的改善以及先进的修复技术等方面，研究并提出了延长部件的使用寿命的措施。%In light of whirl well water quality issues in steel enterprises, the causes of wear of water pump components were analyzed. Measures to extend the service life of water pump components were studied and put forward from the aspects of material selection, im-provement of operation conditions and use of advanced restoration techniques.
