120 t转炉汽化冷却系统运行存在问题及改进

Existing problems and main causes in the operation of the evaporation cool-ing system of 120 t converter at Sanming Steel were analyzed while solutions were put for-ward. Through repeated practice the evaporation cooling process of the 120 t converter was stabilized, equipment service life increased and energy saving efficiency significantly improved.%分析了福建三钢120 t转炉汽化冷却系统运行存在问题、主要影响因素，提出了解决办法。经过反复实践，稳定了120 t转炉汽化冷却运行工艺，提高了设备使用寿命，同时节电效果显著。
