基于比色测温技术的热处理炉温度场精确测定研究

摘要

Based on the principle of colorimetric temperature measurement, this paper presents a method which measures heat treatment furnace with a limited number of target temperatures, by using near infrared network panel array detectors. It then combines with the space inverse distance weighted interpolation to derive the method of space cross-section two-dimensional temperature field distribution.%采用近红外网络面阵探测器，基于比色测温原理，提出了一种首先精确测量出热处理炉内有限数量靶标的温度，再结合空间反距离加权内插法，从而推导出空间截面二维温度场分布的方法。
