350 MW机组回转式空气预热器堵塞的原因分析与优化调整策略

摘要

The reasons for blockage in the boiler air preheater of 350 MW supercritical unit during operation process causing increasing pressure difference were analyzed. The air preheater was flushed online with high-pressure water and flushed off-line with large flowrate of both high-pressure and low pressure water, which basically solved the blockage problem and ensured the load capacity of the unit.%分析了某电厂350 MW超临界机组运行过程中锅炉空气预热器堵塞压差增大的原因，并组织对空气预热器进行在线高压水冲洗和离线高压水、低压水大流量冲洗的处理，空气预热器堵塞问题基本得到解决，保证了机组正常带负荷能力。
