母管制掺烧煤气锅炉“三炉一塔”烟气脱硫运行与实践

             

摘要

针对马钢自备电厂运行特点,探讨母管制掺烧煤气锅炉脱硫系统改造及运行实践。表明脱硫方式的选择与锅炉掺烧的煤气量、锅炉总负荷、脱硫效率和改造成本之间存在着较大的联系,如果简单按照一炉一塔或者是三炉一塔烟气量简单叠加进行设计,就会造成投资浪费。%The technical transformation and operation practice of the desulfurization sys-tem for the mixed gas fired boilers with header system are discussed in the light of the op-eration characteristics of the power plants of MaSteel. There is strong relationship between desulfurization mode and the amount of mixed gas, total boiler load, desulfurization effect and transformation cost. It would lead to an investment waste if designing simply by adding to-gether of the exhaust gas based on one boiler with one desulfurizing tower or three boilers with one desulfurizing tower.
