质量工具在威金斯气柜运行管理与维修中的应用

介绍了质量工具在威金斯气柜运行管理中的应用，针对密封系统和调平系统中的重大隐患及关键工艺参数进行收集整理，用质量工具分析方法从中积累了若干经验，用以指导威金斯气柜的运行及检修，在威金斯气柜的隐患控制及运行管理中取得了较好的效果。%This article introduces the application of quality tools in the Wiggins gas holder operation management. The major hidden troubles and the main technical data for the sealing and leveling system are collected and analyzed with the quality tools. The experience gained from the application of quality tools is used to direct the operation and maintenance of Wiggins gas holder. The quality tools have got good effects in the hidden trouble control and the operation management of Wiggins gas holder.
