四丁基溴化铵-碘化钾-铟(Ⅲ)三元缔合物浮选分离铟的研究

             

摘要

研究了四丁基溴化铵-碘化钾-铟(Ⅲ)三元缔合物浮选分离铟的行为及与一些金属离子分离的条件.结果表明,在水溶液中,In(Ⅲ)与四丁基溴化铵和KI形成不溶于水的三元缔合物InI4-·TBAB+,此三元缔合物沉淀浮于盐水相上层形成界面清晰的液-固两相.当溶液pH值为2.0,四丁基溴化铵和KI的浓度分别为6.0×10-4mol/L和5.0×10-3mol/L时,In(Ⅲ)可与Fe2+、Al3+、Mn2+、Sn(Ⅳ)、Ni2+、Zn2+、Cr3+、V(Ⅴ)、W(Ⅵ)和Co2+定量分离,且In(Ⅲ)的浮选率达到99.1%以上.对合成水样中In(Ⅲ)进行分离和测定,效果良好.该方法不污染环境,在痕量铟的分离和富集分析中有很好的实用价值.%The behavior and conditions for the flotation separation of In 3D) from other metal ions were investigated with tetrabutyl ammonium bromide (TBAB)-potassium iodide-indium(Ⅲ) ternary complex. The results showed that In(Ⅲ) could combin with TBAB and KI into a ternary ion association precipitate (InI4- · TBAB+ ) in aqueous solution. The precipitate could float well on the surface of aqueous phase, making the system divide into liquid and solid phases with a distinct interface. In(Ⅲ) could be quantitatively floated and separated from Fe2+ , Al3+ , Mn2+ , SnflV), Ni2+ , Zn2+ , Cr3+ , V(V) , W(Ⅵ) and Co2+ with its floatation rate up to 99. 1% when the concentrations of TBAB and KI in solution (pH 2. 0) were 6. 0×10-4 mol/L and 5. 0×10-3 mol/L, respectively. The proposed method has been applied to the separation and determination of indium (Ⅲ) in synthetic water samples with satisfactory results. This method was environment-friendly, and it showed fine practical value in the separation and enrichment analysis of trace indium.
