分光光度法测定SiO2-Al2O3型耐火原料中硅的含量

摘要

介绍了分光光度法同时测定SiO2-Al2O3型耐火原料中高低含量硅的方法。通过回归分析和对多种标样的分析，该方法测定结果与标样结果均在国标允许误差内，不仅提高了检测效率，而且重现性好，满足了科研和生产的需要。%The method of determing the high and low content of silicas in SiO2-Al2O3 series raw refractory materials by spectrophotometry is described.By regression analysis and the analysis of various standard samples,the measurement results and the sample standardizing results are both in the error ranges permitted by the national standards.As a result,is can not only raise the testing efficiency but also has good reproducibility so as to meet the requirements of both scientific research and production.
