金山店铁矿无底柱分段崩落法大间距结构研究

摘要

Through the contrast experiments, the investigation on large spacing structure of non-pillar sublevel caving in Jinshandian Iron Mine is made to get reasonable parameters for recovering the crestal ore by non-dilution or low dilution.It is best of stopping mining when the mixed rate of gauges is 10％ and the recovery rate is the highest. The experimental data shows that when the height of lift with the spacing of passage is 15cm × 15cm, the recovery rate is high. Also, the height of crestal residual ore is in accord with the fixed value, which contributes to a good recovery at next sublevel.%通过对比试验,对金山店铁矿无底柱分段崩落法大间距结构展开研究,确定合理的参数以使脊部残留矿石能以无贫化或低贫化方式回收,当次废石混入率为10%时停止出矿,回收率高者为优.试验数据显示在分段高度×进路间距=15 cm×15 cm时具有很好的回收率,且脊部矿石残留高度符合设定值,能在下个分段得到很好的回收.
