中厚倾斜矿体卸压开采设计数值模拟研究

             

摘要

In view of poor stability of ore-body and wall rocks near ore-body in Chambishi copper mine, serious affection by ground pressure and approaches repeatedly damaged etc, 2D-numericd analysis software program was applied to make numerical simulation on stress field change law and distribution characteristics of rock mass, the mechanical mechanism of depressurized process, the parameter optimization of the mining field structure under different excavation way. The results showed that laying out a route along the veins, the stoping structure with feature of span increasing and height lowering in mined-out area can realize the depressurized mining. Under a certain thickness condition of inclined angle, the route is layout at 6 m from the bottom of ore-body in Chambishi Copper Mine, which can lower the vertical stress by 18% for next section of route after stoping. These can meet requirements of both depressurization and economic benefits.%针对谦比西铜矿矿体与近矿围岩稳定性差,受地压影响严重,进路屡遭破坏等问题,应用2D-数值分析软件,对不同开挖方式下岩体应力场变化规律和分布特征、卸压过程的力学机制、采场结构及参数优化进行了数值模拟研究.结果表明,沿脉布置1条进路,增大空区跨度和减小空区高度的采场结构方式可以实现卸压开采的目的.在谦比西铜矿矿体所具备的倾角厚度条件下,进路布置在距矿体下盘6m处,回采后可使下分段进路处的垂向应力降低18%,能够满足卸压及经济效益2方面的要求.
