尾砂充填自动控制系统

根据尾砂充填工艺的要求和工艺流程的特点,提出了尾砂充填自动控制系统设计方案,介绍了系统的配置、功能和控制方法.经多家单位应用证明:该系统功能齐全、运行稳定可靠、设备选型合理、操作简单方便,胶结尾砂浓度和灰砂比等工艺参数控制准确,确保了充填作业的连续性和稳定性,有效提高了充填作业的效率和质量.%According to the requirements of the tailings filling technology and the process features, the design scheme of the automatic control system with tailings filling is put forward,and the systems configuration,function and control method are introduced. The application in many enterprises indicated that the system has features of full function, stable and reliable running,rational equipment type selection,and simple and convenient operation. Also,the process parameters such as the concentration of cementing tailings and the cement-sand ratio can be accurately controlled, which ensures the continuity and stability in filling operation, and largely improves the efficiency of filling.
