盐酸浸出白云鄂博选铁尾矿中经钙化焙烧的稀土

     

摘要

白云鄂博选矿厂现弱磁选—强磁选—浮选工艺的弱磁选尾矿再经钙化焙烧—弱磁选选铁后的尾矿REO含量为12.27%,主要成分为稀土氧化物和萤石,氟磷灰石、石英等少量.对盐酸浸出其中稀土氧化物的工艺条件进行了研究.结果显示,在盐酸浓度为1.5 mol/L,浸出温度为45℃,液固比为10:1 mL/g,浸出时间为60 min,搅拌速度为300 r/min情况下,稀土浸出率可达93.15%,氟浸出率仅为0.23%,表明在控制氟浸出的前提下稀土得到了高效浸出.%REO content of tailings from calcium roasting-low intensity magnetic separation tailings from Bayan Obo Plant low intensity magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation-flotation was 12. 27%. Main components is rare earth ox-ides,fluorite,small quantity of fluorapatite and quartz. Hydrochloric acid was adopted to study leaching rare earths in material and relevant processing parameters were studied. The results indicated that:when hydrochloric acid concentration is 1. 5 mol/L,leaching temperature is 45 ℃, ratio of liquid to solid is 10 : 1 mL/g, leaching time is 60 min, stirring rate is 300 r/min,leaching rate of rare earths could reach 93. 15% and the leaching ratio of fluorine was only 0. 23%. Under the low leaching ratio of fluorine premise,the rare earth could be efficiently leached.
