非煤矿山智能控制系统的设计

     

摘要

针对我国非煤矿山的安全生产,将人工智能算法中的神经网络应用到监测监控系统中.应用基于cor-tex-M3架构的STM32F103数据采集分站对各传感器采集的数据进行分析运算,同时由以太网和井下光纤环网交换机进行数据交换和对报警设备的控制.采用μCOS-Ⅱ作为嵌入式系统使系统硬件成本降低、减少了不必要的人工操作,使系统自行进行多任务的处理与切换,实现了监测监控系统的智能预测与报警.通过分析实验结果,该系统设计由于采用了光纤环网进行数据传输,大大提高了数据处理速度,保障了非煤矿山的安全生产.%In view of safety production in the non-coal mines in China,the neural network algorithm in artificial intelli-gence was applied to the environmental monitoring system,data acquisition sub-station based on cortex-M3 STM32F103 was on an analysis of data collected by sensors operation. Meanwhile,ethernet and optical cable ring network switches were used for data exchanging and alarm equipment controlling.μCOS-Ⅱas an embedded system is essential to lower system hardware costs and reduce unnecessary manual operation,allowing the system to conduct its own multi-task processing and switching,and real-izing intelligent prediction and alarming of environmental monitoring. The analysis showed that the ring net of optical cable a-dopted in the system greatly increases the speed of data handle and guarantees the safety production of non-coal mine.
