介绍了国内几种应用较广泛的典型磁选设备,归纳总结了不同设备的分选方式、性能及应用领域.干式磁选机具有构造简单、运行成本低、投资少和节能环保等优势,但存在分选工艺粗放,无法实现精细化分选,金属损失率高等不足;随着新型磁性材料的发展,永磁筒式磁选机发展已较为成熟,不断向大型化方向发展;磁聚机、磁选柱、磁场筛选机作为精选设备,均能大幅提高精矿品位,但其设备价格高、处理量小、占地面积大等问题有待解决;立环脉动高梯度磁选机对细粒级弱磁性矿物分选具有处理能力大、分选效率高和选别指标好等优势,但也存在能耗高、结构复杂和设备价格高等缺点.%Domestic typical magnetic separation equipment have wide application was introduced,summarized the separa-tion methods,performance and application of different equipment. Dry magnetic separator have advantages of simple structure, low operating cost,investment saving and energy saving and environment friendly. But there is deficiency of extensive sorting process,unable to realize fine separation and higher metal loss rate. With the development of new type of magnetic material,e-volution of permanent magnetic drum separator has been relatively mature,the capacity increased continuously. Magnetic ag-glomeration gravity-separtor,magnetic separation column and magnetic field screen served as separating equipment,all of them can significantly improve the concentrate grade,but the issue of high price,smaller capacity and large area occupation needed to be solved. Vertical ring pulsating high gradient magnetic separator has advantages of large processing capacity,high separa-tion efficiency and good beneficiation index in fine grained low intensity magnetic mineral separation,also has disadvantages of high energy consumption,complicated structure and high price.
