“生产计划表”是服装企业对产品生产进行进度控制的重要指导性文件，服装生产管理者制定科学、合理、全面的“生产计划表”是有效控制生产进度的关键。从服装企业的生产特点出发，对制定“生产计划表”应遵循的原则进行了有益的探索，总结出六大原则。研究成果对广大服装企业的跟单员与生产管理人员顺利开展工作、提高工作效率与产品质量具有重要的参考意义。%The Produce Plan was an important instruct document which was used by clothing enterprises to control the produce courses. Making a scientific, rational and all-around Produce Plan was the key to controlling produce courses availably. According to the production characteristics of clothing enterprise, through doing the beneficial exploration, six principles were summed up which should be paid attention to when enterprises made the Production Plan. And the research results had important reference meaning and value for most costume merchandisers and managing staff to carry out the work smoothly and successfully. And it was also helpful for them to improve work efficiency and quality.
