纳米抗菌／芳香复合整理对棉针织物服用性能的影响

摘要

The special compound finishing agent of nano-antibacterial ＆ rose fragrance microcapsules finishing were used to treat the interlock cotton knitted fabric by means of ＂two-base＂ method. The basic parameters and properties such as stiffness, drapability, air permeability, moisture permeability, bursting strength, fuzzy and pilling, crease resistance of the before and after finishing were measured. The testing results showed that after the finishing, the fabric bursting strength, fuzzy and pilling, crease resistance were improved in different degree, but the finished fabric became slightly stiffer, and draping property, air permeability and moisture permeability were slightly worse.%采用自制的纳米抗茵剂、玫瑰香精微胶囊整理剂，经“二浴法”，对双罗纹纯棉针织物进行了纳米抗茵／芳香复合功能整理，测试整理前后织物的基本结构参数、硬挺性、悬垂性、透气性、透湿性、顶破强力、起毛起球性和抗皱性。试验结果表明：经复合功能整理后的织物顶破性、起毛起球性和抗皱性得到不同程度的改善，但织物会变得较为硬挺，悬垂性、透气性和透湿性略有变差。
