With analysising the nano-meter sizing mechanism and sizing yarn performance, the nano-meter sizing processes of all kinds of 9.7,14.5,18.2 rex cotton yams and T/C yarns were optimized. When the mass fraction of TiO2 ranged from 3% - 4%, the best sizing process could be obtained. At the same time, the sizing performance and weaving efficiency candled with nano-meter size were significantly improved through comparing with the performance of candled with PVA. The results showed that nano-meter size had great ap- plication value.%通过对纳米KN-100R2浆纱机理和性能进行分析,对9.7、14.5、18.2tex的纯棉纱及涤棉纱进行了纳米浆料上浆和工艺选配:当纳米TiO2含量为3%~4%(质量分数)时,可获得最佳的浆纱生产工艺,并与原配方(含PVA)的浆纱质量、织造性能进行了测试与比较,得出纳米KN-100R2浆料处理后的纱线性能与织造性能明显改善,其具有广泛的应用价值。
