摘要

The modification of stitch geometry is intended for creating a certain effect/ pattem(e. g. ajour pattem/ holes in the fabric), obtaining certain shapes in relation to the product’s end-use (e. g. buttonholes) and for controlling the properties of the material ( e. g. reducing the laddering tendency ). Knitted fabrics characterized by an unconventional geometry of the structural elements that can be considered a new type of pattem, placed between patterns with transferred stitches and cables, arans and racking patterns are presented. One way of creating new structural elements is by combining the knitting specific techniques, mainly based on the stitch transfer. The aim is to develop a new group of knitted structures with interloped stitches based on the positioning of the stitch on the stem of the needle followed by the transfer of a neighboring structural element. This transferred element will play the part of the old stitch in the next knitting cycle.%改变线圈的几何结构是为了形成一种特殊的效果或图案(如织物上的网眼或孔洞)，或是为了得到某种与产品最终用途有关的外形(如纽孔)，又或者是为了控制材料的性能(如降低脱散性)。介绍了几种具有新型非传统几何结构的针织物，这些变化线圈结构可应用于移圈组织和绞花组织、板花组织和波纹组织中。形成新结构的方法之一是采用基于移圈技术的特殊的针织工艺。开发了一组线圈以新型方式相互穿套的针织结构，该结构的形成基于针柄上线圈的织造和随后相邻线圈的转移，在接下来的编织过程中，这个转移线圈将会充当旧线圈的一部分。
