基于X射线光谱仪分析环锭纺与集聚纺纱线织物丝光后的结晶度研究

摘要

在相同的纤维混合与工艺参数下分别制得环锭纺与集聚纺纱线织物，并在不同温度、氢氧化钠质量分数、浸渍时间及织物弹性伸长率条件下进行丝光处理。采用 Mat-Lab 计算分析软件对织物试样的X 射线光谱进行分析，得到丝光作用的最佳条件。%Cotton ring yarn and compact yarn fabrics were prepared from the same fiber blending and processing parameters,and mercerized at various levels of temperature, concentration,time of impregnation and stretch percentage. Analysis of X-ray spectrograph with the computer using Mat-Lab Software showed optimum conditions of mercerization.
