武汉市结核病可疑症状者求医行为及其影响因素研究

摘要

Objective: Clarify the factors which affect the different health seeking behavior of suspected patients, find ways to improve the patterns of health seeking behavior and attendance rate of the suspects. Methods: The survey which uses self-made questionnaire is carried out in communities upon 201 suspects. Results: The health seeking behavior of TB suspects most are age(P＝0.001 ,X2＝17.083), Hemoptysis symptom(P＝0.001 ,X2＝10.870). Conclusion: According to the situation in this region. take a targeted and comprehensive interventions to strengthen the health seeking behavior of TB suspects.%目的:讨论影响可疑症状者不同求医行为模式的各种因素,提出改善结核病可疑症状者求医模式.方法:用自制问卷进行调查,获得结核病可疑症状者的的求医行为模式.结果:结核病可疑症状者的求医行为模式的主要影响因素(P＜0.05)包括:年龄(P=0.001,χ<'2>=17.083)、咳血症状(P=0.001,χ<'2>=10.870).医疗保险情况(P=0.144)、家庭人均月收入(P=0.133)、职业(P=0.077)等因素不影响可疑症状者的求医行为.结论:根据本地区情况,采取有针对性的综合性干预措施强化结核病可疑症状者的求医行为.
