目的:探索医疗联合体运行的主要影响因素.方法:针对试点项目覆盖区域内的居民进行便利随机抽样问卷调查,并根据所得的数据进行无序多分变量逻辑斯谛回归分析.结果:双向转诊效率及信息共享水平是居民对瑞金——卢湾医疗联合体最关注的运行指标；年长的居民相对更愿意根据医联体的规定接受分级医疗、逐级就诊；认知度、分级就诊、社区首诊、术后回社区康复治疗4方面的工作水平显著地影响居民对医联体的支持度.结论:医疗联合体必须整合多方利益,为群众的就医需求服务.公立医院改革不仅需要持续性的政策导向和政府支持,也需要医疗机构在改革过程中制定可行的措施以反映群众的根本需求.%Objective:To analyze the determinants of operating a multihospital system in China.Methods:A multinomial logistic regression is run on a survey data set of 881 respondents.And the analysis is based on results of the random sampling during 2010 and 2011.Results:Referral efficiency and information exchange are respondents' top concerns for the multihospital system; Older citizens tend to favor the multihospital system ; Awareness,stratified visit within the multihospital system,initial diagnosis by general practitioners and post-operation rehabilitation in communities can significantly increase the likelihood of voting for the multihospital system.Conclusion:The ongoing public hospital reform requires not only consistent policy and governmental support,but also efficient hospital responses during the implementation.And the success of a new policy should always be tested at the minimum risk,along with follow-up verification in order to fit the public interests.
