武汉市某医院主动脉夹层患者心理反应特点及相关影响因素分析

摘要

主动脉夹层疾病起病突然、身体剧烈疼痛、且该病发展迅速、病死率极高，患者常会产生复杂的情绪、认知、行为等心理应激反应，影响其病情的发生、发展及其预后。本文在全面评估主动脉夹层患者的心理特点及其影响因素的基础上，提出应采取有效的、有针对性的心理干预措施，改善患者的不良心理反应，更好地维持患者的血压、心率、平稳病情，促进患者疾病的转归。%Facing the sudden onset, severe pain, rapid development and high mortality rate of the disease , AD patients often have complex emotional, cognitive, behavioral and other psychological stress response which affect the incidence, development and prognosis of this disease. Nursing staff should be able to comprehensively assess the psychological characteristics in patients with AD and its influencing factors .Take effec-tive and corresponding psychological measures to improve patients'negative psychological reaction, and then maintain the patient's blood pressure, heart rate, and stabilize disease so that to promote the prognosis of the disease .
