目的：：调查2型糖尿病患者体像现状及其影响因素。方法：采用方便抽样的方法，对武汉市3所三级甲等综合医院的316例2型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。结果：患者自我体形和理想体形得分分别为(4.52±1.87)分、(3.93±1.08)分，体像不满得分平均为(0.59±2.10)分。36.4％的患者存在对自我体形认知的偏差，72.5％的患者存在体像不满。影响2型糖尿病患者体像不满的主要因素有性别、BMI和患者是否觉得自己超重。结论：2型糖尿病患者普遍存在体像不满。护理人员应重视对糖尿病患者体像的评估，在做好健康知识宣教的同时，还应加强对患者的心理疏导，帮助患者正确看待自身体形，树立治疗信心。%Objective:To investigate the status and influencing factors of body image in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods:A total of 316 type 2 diabetes patients were recruited from three third-grade class-A hospitals by convenience sampling method. Results:The aver￣age score of current body image and ideal body image were (4.52±1.87) and (3.93±1.08). The average score of body image dissatisfaction was (0.59±2.10). The prevalence of cognitive bias associated with current body image and body image dissatisfaction was 36.4% and 72.5% respec￣tively. The influencing factors of body image dissatisfaction were patients' gender,body mass index and self-perception of being overweight. Con￣clusion:Body image dissatisfaction was common in patients with type 2 diabetes. Nursing staff should pay attention to the assessment of body image of type 2 diabetes patients. In order to help patients form a positive view of their body size and establish the confidence of treatment,nurses should perform better health education and strengthen psychological guidance.
