大连市城乡居民中医养生保健素养调查

摘要

Objective:The author wants to learn 160 cases of urban and rural residents' science popularization of traditional Chinese medicine and knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine health care,to evaluate the condition and influencing factors of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Using multistage stratified random sampling method,to make questionnaire to 15-69 year old residents of a city.The author will use Chinese health care quality index to evaluate and analyze the influencing factors.Results:From the aspect of basic theory and knowledge,there is difference between ages,which has the statistical significance(P＜0.05).In the three aspects of basic theory knowledge,healthy lifestyle and behavior,common health care content,there are differences among urban and rural areas,age education level,occupation and family income (P＜0.05).From the aspect of simple method of health care,occupation has statistical significance (P＜0.01).Conclusion:There is difference between urban and rural residents' levels of traditional Chinese health care,and its influencing factors have their own characteristics.In order to improve residents' Chinese health care quality,there should be appropriate strategies for health education and health promotion.%目的:了解城乡居民的中医药养生保健素养状况及影响因素,为制定有针对性的中医药科普政策提供依据.方法:采用分层多阶段随机抽样方法,利用中医养生保健素养指数对160名居民进行问卷调查.结果:中医养生保健调查满分43分,调查对象平均分数为23分.在基本理论和知识方面,男女性别之间具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);在基本理论和知识、健康生活方式与行为、常用养生保健内容3个方面,城乡之间、不同年龄、文化程度、职业和家庭年收入之间都存在差异,具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).在常用养生保健简易方法方面,职业具有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:影响城乡居民中医养生保健素养的因素各有不同,应有针对性地制定相应的健康教育与健康促进的策略,以提高居民中医养生保健素养.
