医保支付方式改革背景下公立医院存在的问题及对策

通过对新医改以来医保支付方式改革相关文件的分析,掌握改革的趋势和重点,并对不同医保支付方式的优劣势进行对比,了解其对公立医院运行的影响.通过分析医保支付方式改革背景下医院在信息化建设、经营管理、组织领导等方面存在的问题,提出变革组织模式、加强信息化建设和推动公立医院供给侧结构性改革等应对策略,促进医院医保管理工作持续改进.%Through the analysis of the documents for the medical insurance payment method since the new medical reform,we grasp the trend and focus of reform,and contrast the advantages and disadvantages of different payment methods,to understand its impact on hospital operation.Through analyzing the problems on the information construction,operation management,organizational leadership and other aspects in the context of medical insurance payment reform,we put forward to change organization model,strengthen informatization construction and promote the public hospital supply side structural reform,to promote continuous improvement of hospital insurance management work.
