接诊医院与医师手术量差异对结直肠癌患者并发症与预后的影响

尽管不同学者就结直肠癌预后方面开展了大量研究,但是接诊医院与医师手术量在其中的作用尚不清楚.本研究系统回顾了接诊医院与医师手术量对于结直肠癌患者并发症以及预后的影响.高手术量医院以及外科医师可以降低术后并发症与局部复发率,可能改善结直肠癌患者预后.单一从手术量判断患者预后具有一定局限性,需要进一步深入研究.%Despite many studies of colorectal cancer outcomes,the contribution of hospital or surgeon volume to outcomes of patient is less well understood.We conducted a systematic review of studies evaluating the association between hospital or surgeon volume and colorectal cancer outcomes.Greater hospital and surgeon volumes were associated with improved outcomes for patients undergoing surgery for colorectal cancer.High volume appears to have a beneficial effect on the rate of complications,local recurrence,and five-year survival.Further study for processes that led to these differences may improve the quality of colorectal cancer care.
