告别 SCI 崇拜:重塑文化自信和变革评价制度

摘要

阐述了当前中国学术界SCI崇拜的情绪已经蔓延和传导到了SCI源期刊本身，以及人文和社会科学领域；同时指出要辩证看待SCI的功用，客观合理地使用这种评价工具，不能泛化，也不能异化；不能妖魔化，也不能神化。分析了SCI崇拜产生的历史原因是文化失落、现实原因是政府评价、直接原因是人才评价，指出告别SCI崇拜，需要在复兴传统文化的过程中重塑文化自信，需要立足教学、科研、医疗等不同性质岗位的实际变革评价制度。%The worship of science citation index (SCI) has not only dominated the SCI source journals ,but also spreaded to the field of humanities and social sciences in the academic community of China currently .A dialectical view of SCI function is needed .And we should use SCI as evaluation criteria objectively and reasonably .In addition ,SCI is not the only method and a non‐biased evaluation of SCI should be encouraged .This paper analyzed the historical reason for SCI worship that was the loss of traditional culture ,and the realistic reason was the government evaluation ,and the direct reason was the talent evaluation criteria .If say goodbye to the worship of SCI ,we should rebuild the cultural confidence in the process of the revival of traditional culture .Furthermore ,the evaluation system should be modified and changed based on different positions ,including teaching ,scientific research as well as clinical practice .
