暴力伤医事件大数据研究——基于2000年～2015年媒体报道

摘要

Aiming at providing reference for prevention and coping with the violence against doctors,290 media reports from year 2000 to year 2015 were investigated.The quantitative analysis was made in terms of time,departments,high-risk disease,perpetrators,victims and the characteristics of the events.The Excel 2010 and SPSS 17.0 were used for descriptive statistics.The results showed that there was an increasing trends of violence against doctors in recent years,which were mainly happened in the regional higher level medical institutions.Most of the perpetrators were young male patients' relatives.The major causes were the serious bad results of medical care and the excessive high expectations of patients.Countermeasures were also proposed to prevent violence against doctors.%使用Excel 2010、SPSS 17,0,采用描述性统计方法,综合2000年～2015年我国媒体报道的290例暴力伤医事件,归纳其发生的具体时间、科室、高危病种、施暴者、受害者等因素,进行定量分析并总结其特征,为该类事件的预防与处理提供参考.结果表明,2000年～2015年,暴力伤医事件呈上升趋势,多发生于优质医疗资源集中区域,施暴者多为患者的男性青年家属,患方期望值过高是发生暴力伤医事件的主要原因,对该类事件的防范应当对症下药.
