基层医院年轻耳鼻喉科医生所面临的困境与对策建议

摘要

当前我国医患关系矛盾突出，辱医、伤医、杀医事件屡见报端，其中耳鼻喉专业成为近年来医疗暴力的重灾区，医务人员特别是基层医院的耳鼻喉科年轻医生所面临的压力尤为突出，加之工作强度高、专业技能有限、社会认可度低等，导致其面临着多方面困境。文章从医务人员自身、医院管理者等方面着手，提出缓解当前医疗环境下基层医院年轻耳鼻喉科医生困境的对策建议。%At present the conflicts between doctors and patients are serious in China, medical violence events appeared frequently in newspapers, and the profession of ENT has become the heavy disaster area of medical vio-lence in recent years. Medical staff, especially the young ENT doctors in primary hospitals, face greater pressure. High pressure, limited professional skills, and low social recognition resulted in their difficulties in various areas. Starting from the medical staff and hospital managers, this paper proposed effective countermeasures to alleviate the dificulties of young doctors in the department of ENT in primary hospitals in current medical conditions.
