十二指肠钩虫病1例

Ancylostomiasis duodenale is a clinical common parasites, is often misdiagnosed iron-deficiency anemia,gastrointestinal bleeding, peptic ulcer.In this article,a case of bellyache,marasmus and eventually diagnosed as duodenal hookworm disease cases of the disease.%钩虫病是一种临床较为常见的寄生虫感染性疾病，常被误诊为缺铁性贫血、消化道出血、消化性溃疡等。本文就一例腹痛、消瘦最终诊断为十二指肠钩虫病病例，对本病进行概述。
