摘要

cqvip:Objective:This study retrospectively analyzed the expression of Androgen receptor(AR)in invasive ductal carcinoma in women, and the relationship between AR expression and clinicopathological characteristics of breast cancer. Methods:The clinical and pathological data, from January 2015 to December 2016,of 643 breast cancer patients at the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, were collected.By immunohistochemical methods,to understand AR expression in breast cancer, and to investigate the relationship between AR expression and clinicopathological characteristics of breast cancer. Results:Among the 643 female patients with invasive ductal carcinoma,510 were AR positive, and the positive rate was 79.32%.AR expression was statistically significant in each tumor size, histological grade, lymph node status and pathological stage(P<0.05).The expression of AR in different ER,PR and HER2 states also had significant difference(P<0.05).The positive rates of AR in four molecular subtypes of breast cancer(LuminalA,LuminalB,HER2 over expression and Triple Negative Breast Cancer(TNBC)were 90.50%,90.40%,66.70%,42.50%,with significant difference respectively(P<0.001).Moreover,the expression of AR in HER2 overexpressed breast cancer was significantly different in each tumor size, lymph node status, pathological stage and histological grade(P<0.05).In TNBC,the different was also statistically significant in each tumor size and pathological stage(P<0.05).Conclusion:AR is abundantly expressed in female invasive ductal carcinoma, which is related to the expression of ER,PR and HER2.AR may be a biological marker with good prognosis in breast cancer.
