Effects of folic acid and vitamin therapy on Hcy metabolism, endothelial injury and placental blood perfusion of preeclampsia patients
cqvip:Objective: To study the effects of folic acid and vitamin therapy on Hcy metabolism, endothelial injury and placental blood perfusion in preeclampsia. Methods: Preeclampsia patients in our hospital during May 2014-March 2017 were randomly divided into observation group receiving folic acid, vitamin and conventional treatment, the control group receiving conventional treatment;before and after 2 weeks treatment, serum Hcy metabolism index and endothelial injury index were determined;after delivery, contents of oxidative stress index and apoptosis index in placenta were determined. Results: Two weeks after treatment, serum Hcy, ET-1, sEng, sFlt-1 contents of observation group were significantly lower than the control group;VEGF, PLGF, folic acid and VitB12 contents were significantly higher than the control group;after delivery, MDA, AOPP, 8-OHdG, Fas, FasL, Bax, Caspase-3 contents in placenta of observation group patients were significantly lower than the control group;SOD, GSH-Px, XIAP and Survivin in placenta were significantly higher than control group. Conclusion:The treatment of preeclampsia by folic acid and vitamins can improve the metabolism of Hcy, alleviate the injury of the endothelial cells and increase the blood flow perfusion of the placenta.
