Study on the pathogenesis of maladjustment of lactating mastitis microflora

Lactating mastitis is usually caused by pathogenic bacteria infection and milk stasis, but it has been found that the transformation of the bacterial community of breast milk from cocolonization to infection leads to the incidence of mastitis. Milk probiotics and opportunistic bacteria and other living bacteria sources, in addition to the invasion of foreign bacteria, but also a part of the maternal intestinal tract. Because of the pathway of specific intestinal bacteria to the mammary gland and the symbiotic advantage of lactobacillus and human intestinal tract, oral probiotics to prevent and improve the supplemental treatment of mastitis has achieved significant efficacy. Therefore, this paper reviews the literature on the pathogenesis and treatment of dysbacteriosis in order to provide a new direction for its prevention and treatment.
