摘要

Objective: To investigate the changes and significance of oxidative stress and immune function in peripheral blood of patients with early syphilis. Methods: A total of 82 cases of early syphilis patients as the research object (the observation group), and they were divided into primary syphilis group (n=25), secondary syphilis group (n=28) and early latent syphilis group (n=29), another 80 healthy subjects were selected as the control group, the oxidative stress [malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD)] and immune function index [T lymphocyte, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+, Ig: IgA, IgG and IgM, ] levels were compared in each group. Results: The observation group MDA, IgA, IgG, IgM and CD8+levels were significantly higher than control group, the levels of IgA, IgG, IgM and CD8+ in the secondary syphilis group and early latent syphilis group were significantly higher than that of the primary syphilis group, and the secondary syphilis group IgA, IgM and CD8+levels were significantly higher than the early latent syphilis group, there were no statistically difference of the MDA levels between the subgroup in the observation group;The levels of SOD, CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, and the secondary syphilis group and early latent syphilis group CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ levels were significantly lower than that of primary syphilis group, and the secondary syphilis group were significantly lower than early latent syphilis group, there were no statistically difference of the SOD levels among different groups in the observation group;Conclusion: There are significant oxidative stress and abnormal immune function in early syphilis patients, and the detection of these indexes has an important clinical value for the diagnosis and prognosis of the disease.
