目的：总结62例老年女性盆底重建术围术期护理体会。方法做好患者心理护理，完善术前准备，进行术后体位指导、疼痛护理、会阴护理、排尿情况观察、饮食与排便健康宣教、并发症观察护理、出院指导等护理措施。结果患者治愈52例（83．9％），改善10例（16.1％）。停尿管后出现排尿困难2例，重置尿管后患者症状好转并痊愈出院；住院期间发生急迫性尿失禁1例，经抗炎补液治疗后症状好转；于术后3个月时发生网片侵蚀1例，经修剪网片，抗炎治疗后症状好转；术后5d出现下肢静脉血栓1例，保守治疗后痊愈出院。结论优质个性化护理是提高盆底重建术成功率、减少并发症、避免复发的关键措施。%Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing of the 62 elderly female under went pelvic reconstruction. Methods Well psychological care of patients, improved the preoperative preparation, postoperative postural guidance, pain care, perineal care, voiding observation, diet and bowel health education, complications observation, discharge instructions and other care measures were conducted. Results 52 patients were cured in (83.9%), 10 patients improved (16.1%). two cases were dysuria after stopping catheter, after re-cathetered the symptoms improved and discharged; one case occurred incontinence during hospitalization, symptoms improved by anti-inflammatory rehydration therapy; one case occurred Mesh erosion after 3 months, after trimming mesh, anti-inflammatory treatment,the symptoms improved; one case appeared deep vein thrombosis after 5d , were discharged after conservative treatment. Conclusion Quality personalized care is a key factor for avoiding relapse to improve the success rate of pelvic reconstruction surgery, reduce complications.
